Can God Lose?

II Chronicles 20:15
And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.

Power Points

God told the people of Jerusalem and Jehoshaphat that He was with them.

He told them that the battle was His.

God is saying the same to you.

Be confident that the battle is His and that He is on your side.

Have you ever known God to lose?

If the battle belongs to God and He is on your side, then all you do is WIN!!!

Special Note: If you have not read the entire chapter 20 of II Chronicles, please read it. I will expound more on it tomorrow. There are specific steps that the people followed that caused God to move on their behalf. Their story of victory will really bless your life.

You Have A Choice

I Thessalonians 5:17

Pray without ceasing.

Power Points

Prayer is communication with God.

We should always be in constant communication with God.

Prayer does not require a particular physical position or location.

We can walk around all day talking with God.

In our prayers we should always thank God.

Thanking God leads to praise, which is where God dwells.

Prayers invoke God's presence.

Problems in our life are inevitable.

We have choice to be filled either with our problems or His presence.

Nehemiah 8:10 (b)

This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don't be dejected and sad, for the joy of the LORD is your strength!"

The joy of the LORD is your strength!

Be joyful because God created you!

Be joyful because God allowed you to see a new day!

Be joyful because God has given you health and strength!

Be joyful because God is able to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus!

Be joyful because God will never leave you nor forsake you!

Be joyful because God is in control and He has a perfect plan for your life!

Be joyful because God is AWESOME, MIGHTY, and AMAZING!

New Creature

2 Corinthians 5:17

New Thing

Isaiah 43:18-19
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Remember - to think of again
Former - prior, earlier, past
Consider - to carefully think about, especially in order to make a decision
Behold - to observe, look at, see
Spring - to rise, leap, move, or act suddenly and swiftly

Power Points

Do not think on the things of the past, especially to make a decision.

Look at God do a new thing!

Now (you won)the new thing will suddenly rise and be released!

God is a Keeper!!!

Psalm 121:1-8
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee willnot slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is the keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve they soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
