Sweet Meditation to the Lord

Psalm 104-33-34

I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the LORD.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Every Work Will Be Judged

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

We should strive to make all our works pleasing to God.

He has a master plan, in which we all have a significant role to play.

Discover you role and fulfill it with all that God has placed in you.

God Has Compassion for Us

Psalm 103:10-12

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy towards those who fear Him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Mercy-Compassion shown towards an offender

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

But His mercy towards us is so great.

God does not deal with us or punish us according to the sins and iniquities we have done towards him.

He forgives and has compassion towards us.

We are made in his image and likeness. Therefore we should show the same compassion towards one another.

This characteristic of God is absolutely amazing.

His awesome love encourages, motivates, and inspires us to live a holy, righteous life before him.
