Proverbs 3:9-10
Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: so shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Give to God FIRST! Here are the results: filled with plenty and bursting out! God wants to bless you until you do not have room to receive. He only requires your obedience. Trust Him enough to give Him your first. God asks for a dime out of every dollar and a sacrificial offering. He does not ask because He needs it. He wants you to be obedient. Oh how He will bless you for your obedience.
