    HOPE

    Jeremiah 17:7-8
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

    Power Points
  • Trust and hope in Him.
  • He will bless you!
  • He will "plant" you, meaning you won't blow away when the winds of adversity come your way.
  • He will plant you near water because water represents life.
  • He will give you life and life more abundantly.
  • Water is also a necessity.
  • While planting you(making you secure), He will meet your needs as well.
  • Not only will He plant you but He will spread out your roots, which means increase!
  • Not seeing when the heat comes means that you will not be afraid when adversity comes because you trust and hope in Him. He plants you and gives you increase.
  • The heat will not damage you, but your leaf will be green. A green leaf represents life. You will live!
  • During periods of lack in your life (drought), you will not be full of cares or anxious. You will continue to produce!
